About the Owner
Steve Rennekamp's journey from a curious, inventive child to the founder of Energy Swing Windows is a testament to the values instilled in him from a young age. Growing up in a community where treating others like family and striving for excellence in every endeavor was the norm, Steve carried these principles into his professional life.
His early fascination with engineering and teamwork, nurtured through experiences like basketball, laid the groundwork for his innovative approach to the window industry. After earning an engineering degree from NYU and contributing to significant advancements at Alcoa, Steve's vision for a more efficient, user-friendly window led to the creation of the Energy Swing Window. This patented innovation in 1995, moving into full production by 1999, set a new standard in the market.
Under Steve's leadership, Energy Swing Windows embodies a 'hometown approach'—every customer is treated as part of the family, and every project is an opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to quality and service.
